Parenthood brings joy — but it can also shift your relationship in unexpected ways. This workshop, inspired by Use Your Mouth by Shamyra Howard, is designed to help couples build connection, deepen intimacy, and thrive together in this new chapter.
We’ll explore the 7 types of intimacy (emotional, social, financial, intellectual, physical, sexual, and spiritual) while practicing real-world tools you can take home to keep your love strong.
What You’ll Experience
Connection & Communication: Learn “Ask Your Partner” dialogues that spark curiosity and vulnerability.
Intimacy Rituals: Commit to practices that keep closeness alive beyond the workshop.
Partnership Planning: Create shared vision boards, financial roadmaps, or prayers/intentions together.
Practical Tools: Leave with intimacy jars, bingo cards, and exercises to nurture your bond at home.
